Opting for a reusable stainless-steel bottle over single-use plastic is a smart choice for you, us, and the environment.

Bevu provides a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on its stainless-steel containers.

Please note that dents and scratches resulting from dropping or normal use are not covered. Instances where the container's painting and graphics may be chipped or scratched due to regular wear, impacts, or normal abrasion are considered as part of regular use and are not considered defects.

This warranty is applicable only to products purchased from authorized dealers or the Bevu web store. Additionally, it does not cover normal wear, tear, or breakage resulting from abuse or misuse.

WARNING: Activities that void the product warranty include:

• Freezing your Bevu container.
• Placing your Bevu container in the microwave.
• Washing your Bevu container in the dishwasher.
• Leaving your Bevu container in direct contact with extreme heat.

To ensure a smooth warranty process and prompt product replacement, please provide the following information:

• Proof of purchase
• Order number
• Lot number (located under the bottle)
