Where is my order?
You can check the current status of your order and other order details by logging into your Bevu profile or checking the confirmation email we sent you. Please remember that customized products will ship separately.
How long does it take to process my order?
The time to process an order will vary depending on the products chosen. Regular product orders without customization will take 1-2 days to be processed. Most shipping options will take from 3-7 days. For custom orders, the processing and shipping time can range from 1-3 weeks.
How will my order ship if i've ordered both customized and non-customized products?
Orders with custom and non-custom products will ship separately. Customized products have an additional processing time and will be shipped separately once the customization process is completed.
I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a noreply email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain eurocarparts.com to your safe senders list.
Will i be charged for a product that did not ship?
We will fully charge you once your order has shipped. If anything occurs during shipping, contact us and we will make it right.
Why did i not receive an order confirmation or shipping notification email?
If you've checked your spam and trash folders and still cannot locate your confirmation or shipping emails, contact us with your information and order details.
Will i receive a notification or a tracking number when my order ships?
Yes! When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it will automatically send you an e-mail with the tracking number included. If you have any questions, contact us.
Can you confirm you have received my return?
We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it.Should you have any queries about your return, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team via email
Can i cancel or make chances to my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We attempt to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or change it. For custom orders, the time for production is likely to be longer due to the customization of the product.
